Nail Trims: $25
Anal Gland Expression: $25
Some dogs need their anal glands expressed to stay comfortable and avoid infection. It’s a quick procedure that can help with scooting, licking, or swelling around the area.
Fecals: $35
A routine fecal test checks for common intestinal parasites.
Even if your dog seems healthy, testing once or twice a year is a smart way to catch what you can’t always see. Signs like diarrhea, vomiting, or a change in appetite can mean a parasite is present—but not all dogs show symptoms.
Testing helps protect your dog’s health and the rest of your community, too.

This once-yearly injectable heartworm prevention provides continuous protection for dogs with a single dose.
Please note:
Dogs must be at least 12 months old to receive the injection.
A current heartworm test is required prior to administration, per medical protocol.
This injection protects against heartworms only. Dogs will still need separate flea and tick prevention year-round.
Because every animal deserves care, preventative medicine plays an important role in keeping pets healthy, protected, and by your side for years to come.

Frequently asked questions
What vaccines does my dog need each year? Core vaccines for dogs are rabies (required by Georgia law), DHPP, bordetella, and leptospirosis — $25 per vaccine. Rabies and DHPP are also available as 3-year vaccines for $50. Your vet will recommend a schedule based on your dog’s age and lifestyle.
What vaccines does my cat need? Core vaccines for cats are rabies, FVRCP, and FeLV — $25 per vaccine, with 3-year rabies and FVRCP options at $50. Indoor cats still need protection: rabies is legally required, and viruses can travel in on shoes, clothes, and other pets.
How often should my pet see a vet? Healthy adult dogs and cats should be examined at least once a year. Puppies and kittens need a series of visits in their first months, and senior pets benefit from exams every six months.
What’s included in the $105 comprehensive wellness screening? One visit covers bloodwork, organ function testing, heartworm testing, and a fecal exam — a full picture of your dog’s health that helps catch problems before they become serious and expensive.

Annual care is the foundation of preventive medicine. Regular checkups help catch small issues early, before they become bigger and more costly problems. Even when your pet seems healthy, routine exams allow your vet to track changes over time and spot concerns you might not see at home.
Preventive care can include physical exams, vaccines, parasite prevention, lab work, dental assessments, and conversations about nutrition, behavior, and lifestyle. These visits help protect your pet from common illnesses and support their long term health at every life stage.
Together, we build an annual care plan that fits your pet’s age, health needs, and daily life.
